Shipping & Delivery
We currently have and hold thousands of products in our warehouse. All in stock products will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Tracking information will be available within 24 hours of shipment creation. Shipping time will depend on the method of delivery. We currently use UPS & DHL to ship our products. We reserve the right to choose which company to use. Products which are not in stock will be placed as backorder and will be shipped as soon as our inventory is replenished. If the item you purchased ran out of stock, you will be notified and will be given the choice of a refund. All items above $300 will require signature at time of delivery.

Returns & Replacements

Our customers’ satisfaction is our main priority, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with the products you purchased, please contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return to receive an RMA and return instructions. In your email you must mention the reason for your return: Defective item, Unopened Item, General Return. Please see below for more details.

Defective items
All of our items are in a brand new condtion. If, for any reason one of the items you received is defective, please follow the process above to receive an RMA for a replacement.
If you would like to return the product only for a refund, your return will be considered as a general return and restocking fee will apply.
Unopened items
If you would like to return a product in its bran new condition, unopened and original packaging, please follow the instruction above to obtain an RMA. 10% restocking fee will apply.
General Returns
If for some reason, the product you purchased is not to your satisfaction and you would like to return it for a refund. Please follow the instructions above to obtain an RMA. 20% restocking fee will apply.
